EARLY CHILDHOOD
Early Childhood is an integral time in a child’s development. Young children learn new things every day whether it’s how to walk and run, how to form words to express their thoughts, or even learning their own opinions of what they like and dislike. While music education can provide them with even more fun and exciting things to learn, it can also help them develop their mental capacity to learn those other important skills.
Spatial-temporal researchers emphasize this time in a child’s development as one of the most exciting and important. Neural connections in a baby’s brain are being made now that will never be made again. Researchers suggest exposing babies and toddlers to the Arts will enhance their ability to develop reasoning skills, improve their abilities in math and science, and improve their quality of life. With each new experience, you are preparing your child for a better future.
New classes start September 14, 2009.
